Craft Ideas for All Ages!

Last month a friend had called me asking for a little help creating a scrapbook page for her friend's birthday party. They had each been given the task to find a photo with themselves and the "birthday girl", and then make a page that was to go into a scrapbook made special for her birthday. That is a FABULOUS idea!!  What a great gift! Anyway, she came to the house with her 2 daughters and we spent a couple hours in the scrapbook room. She completed her page, and then the girls wanted to play! Maya made an explosion purse and a couple of flowers. Anna cut and folded, glued and folded more! She made the most adorable animals just folding paper!
 As they were planning to leave, Maya and her mom had the brilliant idea to share these great projects at her birthday party! She was certain that her friends would love it!! So, purses, locker magnets and covered notebooks were on the agenda.

The girls selected the paper for their purses and notebook, and the locker magnets I had pre-cut for easy  assembly. They had a great time and I was impressed with their creativity!

They each made a notebook, a purse and 3 magnets! I loved the results!

And since little sister Anna wasn't able to participate while the other girls were crafting, we had a private purse party afterward! She is so cute! Love her!!
