Creative Memories and Cricut...a Match made in Heaven!!

   Tonight I would love to share with you the perfect relationship! It is truely a match made in heaven!! CREATIVE MEMORIES and CRICUT! That's right!! They are an amazing team! And I spent the weekend creating this display board (thanks to the great idea from Debbie at our Unit meeting) to share at my workshops with all of you, so that you might become as excited as I am! And to think that I never really wanted a CRICUT!!! This might be the only time you hear me say this..but, Dianne (my youngest sister), you were right! It is a wonderful product and I am so thankful that I have the opportunity to share, and sell their products! The CRICUT is a great way to embellish your scrapbook pages...and you get to pick the size, the shape and the paper you want to co-ordinate your project!

               Cricut has currently designed 7 cartridges exclusively for Creative Memories. And these can only be purchased from a creative memories consultant. And how lucky are you...I am a Creative Memories Consultant!!

Craft Ideas for All Ages!

Last month a friend had called me asking for a little help creating a scrapbook page for her friend's birthday party. They had each been given the task to find a photo with themselves and the "birthday girl", and then make a page that was to go into a scrapbook made special for her birthday. That is a FABULOUS idea!!  What a great gift! Anyway, she came to the house with her 2 daughters and we spent a couple hours in the scrapbook room. She completed her page, and then the girls wanted to play! Maya made an explosion purse and a couple of flowers. Anna cut and folded, glued and folded more! She made the most adorable animals just folding paper!
 As they were planning to leave, Maya and her mom had the brilliant idea to share these great projects at her birthday party! She was certain that her friends would love it!! So, purses, locker magnets and covered notebooks were on the agenda.

The girls selected the paper for their purses and notebook, and the locker magnets I had pre-cut for easy  assembly. They had a great time and I was impressed with their creativity!

They each made a notebook, a purse and 3 magnets! I loved the results!

And since little sister Anna wasn't able to participate while the other girls were crafting, we had a private purse party afterward! She is so cute! Love her!!

Household Management System

Today I wanted to talk to you about organization! I know most of you are sighing very heavily at this moment, as this is a topic that is generally overwhelming! I know that my house could use a major overhaul!! But, one of our Creative Memories leaders had a brilliant idea that I have to share with everyone!
